The National Trauma and Inclusion Training Center is an education, training, consulting, and workforce-development institution focused on helping professionals and organizations translate trauma-informed principles into practical, ethical, and sustainable practice.

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training or trauma-informed language without operational change. Every engagement is shaped around the population served, workforce responsibilities, organizational goals, operating environment, leadership needs, current trauma-informed maturity, and desired outcomes.

Executive Director

Under Lindsay Yisrael’s leadership, NTITC advances a practical, systems-focused approach to trauma-informed education—connecting frontline realities with organizational responsibility and leadership action.

With more than two decades of professional experience spanning healthcare, mental health, crisis response, homelessness services, children and families, medically complex populations, and other high-needs environments, Lindsay brings both frontline perspective and systems-level insight to NTITC’s work.
