Leadership Approach

Practice and Systems Must Connect

Trauma-informed knowledge becomes meaningful when professionals, supervisors, leaders, policies, communication systems, and organizational expectations reinforce one another.

High Expectations Require Strong Preparation

The people navigating complex systems deserve exceptional care, and the professionals serving them deserve relevant education, practical tools, thoughtful supervision, and organizational support.

Workforce Experience Matters

Organizations cannot separate service quality from workforce well-being, psychological safety, role clarity, boundaries, communication, and the conditions in which people are expected to work.

Institutional Responsibility

NTITC is positioned as the institution. As Executive Director, Lindsay provides leadership for its educational direction, standards, partnerships, developing programs, and commitment to responsible trauma-informed practice.

Areas of Experience

Lindsay’s experience includes healthcare, behavioral health, crisis and emergency response, homelessness and housing services, children and families, medically complex populations, high-needs service environments, workforce education, leadership development, and organizational implementation.
